As the Senior Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s digital growth strategy. This newly created senior position is ideal for an experienced marketer who can combine performance marketing expertise with broader digital leadership. You will manage a substantial monthly paid media budget and lead a small digital team, including some outsourced paid media support. Responsibilities of the Senior Digital Marketing Manager:
Develop and execute a cohesive digital marketing strategy across paid, owned, and earned channels, aligned with commercial goals and brand direction. Optimise and evolve high-performing PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Bing), managing a significant budget with full accountability for spend efficiency and ROI. Expand performance and brand reach through paid social, display, retargeting, and other emerging digital opportunities. Own end-to-end performance reporting and insights across all channels, continuously improving lead quality, conversion rates, and cost per acquisition. Lead and mentor the outsourced paid media team, setting clear KPIs, maintaining quality standards, and fostering a test-and-learn culture. Collaborate with creative, content, and video teams to deliver campaign assets that resonate with target audiences and support full marketing funnel performance. Partner with the SEO Manager to ensure a balanced inbound strategy, reducing PPC dependency and improving organic lead flow. Work closely with senior leadership to define priorities, challenge assumptions with data, and shape commercial strategy based on digital performance insights.
Key Skills and Experience of the Senior Digital Marketing Manager:
Hands-on digital marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a performance driven environment. Proven success in managing large budgets and delivering measurable ROI across PPC and social channels. Strong understanding of wider digital disciplines, including SEO, CRO, analytics, and content strategy. Analytical mindset with the ability to translate performance data into actionable recommendations. Experience leading teams or managing offshore delivery partners. Commercially sharp, confident in making strategic decisions, and comfortable in a high-growth, fast-paced environment. Background in lead generation, B2C, or professional services marketing is advantageous. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

We’re looking for an experienced and commercially driven Head of Digital (Performance Marketing) to lead our in-house digital marketing team and drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through paid media and performance channels.
As a key member of the senior leadership team, you’ll shape and deliver our digital marketing strategy across Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, and Affiliates—managing a team of channel specialists and collaborating cross-functionally with content, creative, CRM, and ecommerce.
Key Responsibilities
Own the overall digital performance marketing strategy and budget
Lead, inspire, and grow an in-house team of paid media specialists
Drive acquisition and ROI across all performance channels (PPC, Paid Social, Display, Affiliates)
Set clear KPIs and implement data-led decision making across campaigns
Oversee agency and platform relationships where applicable
