What you will be doing:
Working with 2 major retailers to develop and execute retail marketing strategies and tactics to drive store traffic, rate of sale and grow revenueManaging the creation of marketing collateral, including signage, displays, digital screens, POS and promotional materialsOverseeing digital marketing initiatives, including social media and email marketing campaigns, to drive online and offline trafficCollaborating with cross functional teams internally and with wholesale accounts to create powerful and compelling instore displays and retail campaignsConducting market research to understand consumer behaviour, sector trends and the competitive landscapePlanning and implementing seasonal and new product launches ensuring effective communications and promotionsAnalysing sales data and customer insights to optimise marketing strategies and improve campaign performance
What you will need:

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement brand marketing frameworks.Craft and execute 360-degree marketing campaigns (creative, messaging, communications, and point of sale).Monitor marketing trends and analyse competitive products in the marketplace.Maintain and enhance brand tone of voice and positioning.Serve as the key marketing point of contact for cross-functional teams.Lead the marketing go-to-market (GTM) process and support new product flows.Plan and execute brand and channel campaigns.Ensure alignment with the overall marketing strategy while collaborating with the wider team.Manage brand marketing reporting, tracking KPIs within the established frameworks.
Requirements:
