You’ll play a key part in delivering high-quality visual and digital assets for a mix of commercial clients, community projects, and social-impact initiatives while also helping to nurture the next generation of creative talent. The RoleYou’ll be central to the smooth running of marketing and design projects across digital, print, and social platforms. From managing client requests and coordinating campaigns to producing engaging creative content, you’ll help ensure every project is delivered with creativity, precision, and impact.You’ll also collaborate closely with internal creative teams and emerging talent, providing oversight, guidance, and quality control helping maintain brand consistency and drive innovation across all touchpoints. Key Responsibilities
Manage and respond to design and marketing briefs from clients and internal teams within agreed timescales.Produce and deliver creative assets across digital, print, merchandise, and social channels.Develop bespoke design and campaign materials that align with client and brand identities.Support the creation of social content calendars, scheduling, and publishing.Oversee creative quality across projects, mentoring and supporting emerging designers.Input into website content, digital updates, and campaign layouts.Design and maintain branded templates for email and marketing campaigns.Coordinate photography, video, and content capture for events and client projects.Manage production logistics and digital asset libraries for smooth creative delivery.Integrate AI tools into design and marketing workflows to enhance creativity, speed, and quality.Support wider brand and enterprise marketing from event collateral to internal communications.
About YouWe’re looking for a creative all-rounder with a strong eye for design, great organisational skills, and a passion for social impact. You’ll be confident managing multiple projects, communicating with clients, and bringing ideas to life across a range of media. Essential Skills & Experience
Proven experience in a marketing design or creative coordination role ideally within an agency, brand, or social enterprise.Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and tools such as Canva, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar.Experience in social media management, print production, and campaign rollout.Strong project management and communication skills.A collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently and under pressure.Familiarity with CRM, ECRM, and CMS platforms (desirable).Demonstrated use of AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, Canva Magic Studio) to enhance creative output.
