A key hire within the Marketing team, focused on understanding what truly drives profitable, sustainable growth.
This role sits at the intersection of performance marketing, attribution, and back‑end revenue insight, with real ownership over how marketing effectiveness is measured and communicated across the business.
Marketing performance data currently lives across multiple platforms and touchpoints. This role will bring that together into a single, trusted view of performance, enabling better decisions around channel investment, customer acquisition, value and retention.
You’ll act as the go‑to person for marketing analytics, partnering closely with marketing, data and commercial teams.
They key areas coved are:
Digital performance (GA4, GTM – on site, app and paid channels)
Attribution (AppsFlyer, cross-platform measurement)
Data & reporting (Power BI, SQL)
Role & Responsibilities:
Owning web and performance analytics, ensuring GA4 and GTM are accurate, robust and continuously optimised
Analysing digital marketing performance across paid channels, with a focus on improving efficiency, conversion and ROI
Ensuring tracking accuracy across complex web and app journeys, including support for CRO and funnel analysis
Taking ownership of attribution, understanding how different platforms measure performance and resolving discrepancies
Supporting the move towards more advanced, LTV‑led attribution and measurement
Building and maintaining dashboards that provide a clear view of CAC, LTV, ROAS and conversion performance
Working directly with raw data where needed to improve reporting accuracy and trust in the numbers
Delivering customer and commercial insight through cohort and segmentation analysis, identifying what drives high‑value customers
Supporting marketing, pricing and product decisions with actionable, data‑led recommendations
Analysing CRM and lifecycle performance to identify opportunities to improve conversion, retention and reactivation
Skills & Experience
Extensive experience in marketing, digital or growth analytics – covering on-site, app, digital marketing channels, CRM and customer)
Advanced user of GA4 and GTM
Experience using reporting tools such as Power BI (or similar)
Advanced Excel, SQL experience is ideal but not essential
Delivering performance insights for on-site, digital channels, and app. Along with customer insights.
Proven experience working with Google Ads / Meta measurement, paid media measurement and cross‑platform attribution
A clear communicator who can translate complex analysis into insight that drives action

This is an opportunity to join a business where reporting and insight sit at the heart of decision‑making, and where your work will have real visibility across senior leadership.
The role sits within a reporting function and is well suited to someone who enjoys turning complex data into clear, meaningful insight. This is not a BI Developer role, just building dashboards, you will have strong commerciality and be shaping how information is used across the business.
As the Senior BI & Reporting Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering high‑quality, production‑ready reporting that supports the wider organisation. The environment is evolving quickly, with growing demand from senior stakeholders and continued investment in data and analytics capability.
You will work with modern reporting tools, have exposure to senior decision‑makers, and be encouraged to add value quickly by improving how data is translated into insight, analysis and recommendations.
Role & Responsibilities:
Take ownership of key management reporting, ensuring outputs are accurate, timely and trusted across the business
Design, build and enhance dashboards and reports, primarily using Power BI alongside existing reporting tools
Ensure reporting logic, assumptions and outputs are clear, consistent and well documented
Work closely with stakeholders across finance and the wider organisation to gather requirements and shape reporting solutions
Translate complex data and reporting logic into clear, meaningful insights for senior, non‑technical audiences
Create reports and decks that support informed, data‑driven decision making
Provide guidance, explanations, and support to end users where required
Maintain reporting structures, hierarchies and reference data in line with governance standards
Apply strong data quality controls in a regulated environment and proactively investigate and resolve issues
Support the integration of new data sources into reporting platforms, working closely with data and engineering teams
Assist with mapping, testing and validation to ensure reporting aligns with underlying data models
Contribute to the automation and improvement of reporting processes to drive efficiency
Spot opportunities to simplify and enhance reporting, feeding ideas into the wider reporting and analytics roadmap
Skills & Experience:
Experience delivering BI reporting in a data‑driven environment – ideally working with/supporting senior leadership
Strong hands‑on Power BI experience, with a focus on building clear, impactful outputs
Ability to understand and translate business needs in to data and reporting
A commercial mindset, with the ability to interpret data and identify trends, risks and opportunities
Confidence communicating insight to senior, non‑technical stakeholders with clarity and professionalism
Exposure to SQL‑based environments (experience with Snowflake or Alteryx is useful but not essential)
Comfort working within governance, controls and audit requirements
