The Opportunity
We're seeking a results-driven PPC Manager to take complete ownership of our client's paid media accounts. This is a hands-on role where you'll be deeply involved in Google Ads operations while also exploring and scaling new channels including paid social and emerging platforms.
This position is perfect for someone who thrives on optimisation, moves quickly, and tests creatively – all while maintaining cost efficiency and driving consistent lead generation performance.
What You'll Be Doing
Campaign Management & Optimisation
- Own day-to-day PPC operations with a core focus on Google Ads management
- Build, refine and optimise campaigns to deliver strong lead volume at efficient cost per leads (CPLs)
- Implement smart optimisation strategies that balance performance with lean cost management
Strategic Development & Channel Expansion
- Work closely with senior leadership to align strategy across business verticals
- Test and scale new channels (paid social, Meta, emerging platforms) to diversify performance
- Be proactive in identifying opportunities and addressing inefficiencies in current setups
Analysis & Reporting
- Provide actionable insights through comprehensive data analysis and trend reviews
- Deliver regular reporting that demonstrates performance and informs strategic decisions
- Translate complex data into clear recommendations for campaign improvement
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate landing page tests and conversion rate optimisation opportunities with the wider digital team
- Collaborate across departments to ensure campaigns align with broader business objectives
- Lead initiatives that bridge paid media with other marketing channels
What We're Looking For
Essential Experience
- 2-4 years of lead generation PPC campaign management experience
- Strong expertise in Google Ads with demonstrable results in lead generation environments
- Results-first mindset - you genuinely enjoy chasing numbers and exceeding targets
- High level of ownership - you approach your responsibilities like you own the business

- Knowledge of Meta advertising platforms

- Previous experience scaling new advertising channels
