If you’re a confident recruiter within SaaS or Tech environments with the ability to influence, deliver at pace, and elevate the candidate experience from end to end—this one’s for you.
As the Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering the talent agenda during a critical period of growth. You’ll own a mixed portfolio of vacancies across corporate and operational functions, partnering closely with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and bring exceptional talent into the business.
You’ll act as a trusted advisor—combining data, insight, and market knowledge to guide hiring managers, streamline processes, and ensure a consistent, high‑quality recruitment experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
Managing the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple business areas
Building strong relationships with stakeholders, advising on hiring best practice
Embedding an exceptional candidate experience from application through to offer
Proactively sourcing candidates using a variety of channels
Managing agency relationships and negotiating terms where needed
Driving recruitment process improvements and supporting wider people initiatives
Representing the brand with authenticity and professionalism in the talent market
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in internal recruitment or talent acquisition
Comfortable managing end‑to‑end hiring in a Saas/Tech focused high growth environment
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
Confident sourcing ability and market insight
Passion for delivering a brilliant candidate journey
Someone proactive, organised, and able to hit the ground running

Learning & Development Advisor

If you’re passionate about creating brilliant learner experiences and looking to step up into an Advisor role, this is a great opportunity.
What you’ll be doing
Delivering the induction programme, ensuring new starters feel welcomed, supported and set up to succeed.
Working closely with Line Managers to help them embed new colleagues effectively within their teams.
Supporting the design, delivery and evaluation of learning initiatives that enhance capability, productivity and performance.
Delivering blended learning sessions — both in-person and online — catering to different learning styles.
Managing elements of the Emerging Talent programmes, including training delivery, arranging cross-team development events, and fostering a supportive learning environment.
Using learner feedback and data to improve development activities and demonstrate measurable impact.
Working collaboratively with the wider People team on evolving priorities — from talent programmes and promotions to events, inductions and acquisitions.
What we’re looking for
Hands‑on experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS).
A positive, proactive team player with a genuine passion for learning and continuous improvement.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences.
Comfortable analysing data and using insights to improve processes.
Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment, along with Strong attention to detail in all aspects of delivery.
Collaborative, flexible and able to quickly build trust with stakeholders.
Confident using digital tools and systems including LMS platforms and Office 365.
