You'll be part of a high-performing, vibrant 20-person marketing team, working alongside a supportive Senior CRM Manager, CRM Manager and fellow CRM specialists.

The role:
This role is all about shaping and enhancing the company’s communication strategy through creative and engaging campaigns across email, SMS, and other channels.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute email and SMS campaigns that align with tight deadlines
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including engagement and conversion rates
- Enhance existing customer communications to boost performance and engagement
- Assist with data segmentation to ensure campaigns are accurately targeted
- Collaborate with the design team to build visually compelling email campaigns
- Conduct A/B testing and provide insights to optimise future campaigns
What We’re Looking For
- At least two years’ experience in email marketing
- A solid understanding of email marketing and customer journey mapping
- Basic HTML knowledge is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using Google Analytics or similar analytical tools
