The role:
As the CRM Manager, you’ll join the Marketing Team and drive impactful customer communications. You'll shape the CRM strategy, enhance engagement, and maximise retention across email, SMS, push notifications, and direct mail.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute CRM strategies to boost acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Manage customer communication journeys, ensuring seamless onboarding and lifetime engagement.
- Lead, mentor, and support a CRM Executive to ensure high-performing campaigns.
- Create, test, and optimise automated workflows for improved conversion and retention.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to deliver creative, impactful campaigns.
- Analyse key CRM performance metrics and use data-driven insights to refine strategies.
What you will need:
- Proven experience in a CRM role.
- Line management experience.
- Expertise in customer segmentation, personalisation, and lifecycle marketing strategies.
- Proven ability to enhance CRM campaigns and automation to drive measurable business outcomes.
- Skilled at juggling multiple projects and adapting to different brands and audiences.
- Confident handling customer data and complex segmentation (no SQL knowledge required).
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills, with the ability to identify trends and translate insights into action.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of customer retention, loyalty schemes, and referral marketing, with a commercial mindset.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms.
