Reporting to the CEO and the COO, the Head of Marketing is a member of the Senior Management Team and will be expected to be able to operate effectively at this level.

The role is responsible for creating a high value pipeline of Marketing Qualified Leads to generate new business for the company.

Allied to this, the role will involve generating and managing a marketing strategy to drive customers to the brand and its products and services.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Marketing Leader to take ownership of a global business at a time of exciting growth.

  • You have experience with SEO best practices, managing a Wordpress site, and brand social media accounts
  • You’re highly organised and able to manage conflicting deadlines
  • You have excellent verbal communication and project management skills
  • You are highly collaborative and have the ability to work with stakeholders of all backgrounds and levels
  • You have a strong executive presence
  • You have experience sourcing and managing a bench of freelancers/ agencies
  • You have an obsessive attention to detail and high bar for quality
  • You are comfortable with ambiguity, nuance and building programs from scratch
  • You have a proactive, solution-oriented, problem-solving mindset -- “I’ll figure it out.”
  • You thrive in a small, growing, fast-paced, results-oriented environment. 

Preferred Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Advertising
  • 5+ years experience in marketing with at least 2+ years of management experience.
  • Experience managing a team of 3 or more
  • Experience working in a B2B tech environment
