Forward Role are working with a global, high growth, Business Services business to recruit a Senior Marketing Automation Executive.
Within the Marketing Automation team of 5, everyone has been promoted at least once and there are plenty more opportunities for progression and development and the support to get you there.
They are always pushing forward with the latest tech and use the market leading platforms, Salesforce & Marketo.
It’s an exciting fast-paced working environment where no two days are the same.
Responsibilities:
- Create and analyse campaigns and automations in Marketo
- Create, own & optimise nurture journeys for all significant prospect and customer journeys and trigger points
- Develop automation and AI to advance lead management
- Help other members of the team with your strategic knowledge
- Provide weekly and monthly reporting on email journeys against targets
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to grasp the funnel and optimise nurture programmes
What you will need:
- Advanced expertise with Marketing Automation platforms such as Marketo or Salesforce Marketing cloud
- Knowledge of lead scoring and using last touch & multi touch attribution to enhance lead pipeline and engagement
- Ability to set up automations and integrations between CRM systems and other platforms
- Experience in data analysis and reporting and knowledge of lead generation data
