Forward Role are working exclusively with a Health, Wellness and Beauty online retailer to recruit a CRM Executive.
This exciting new role will set, monitor and lead the way in their CRM strategies for a new brand they are due to launch this month.
Responsibilities:
- Run email & SMS marketing campaigns end to end including AB testing and personalisation
- Construct customer-oriented journeys and workflows
- Manage the email data base, data segmentation and customer selections
- Ensure the right comms are going to the right customers at the right time
- Create dynamic personalised content
- Increase engagement and nurture long-term commercial relationships
- Analyse and report on campaign performance, such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI and make recommendations for future improvements
What you will need:
- Proven experience in a CRM Marketing role
- Ability to come up with innovative campaign ideas to grow sales
- Extensive experience using the Klaviyo CRM platform
- Experience setting up workflows from scratch (welcome, abandon basket ect)
- Able to manipulate and comprehend customer data to find new chances to grow profit and accomplish business goals
