The role:

They’re now looking for a Junior CRM Manager to join the team and take ownership of the customer journey across the business. It’s a newly evolving area for the organisation, meaning you’ll have plenty of scope to improve how things are done, introduce new ideas and help build out the CRM function as the business continues to grow.

Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end patient journey across Klaviyo and HubSpot, from initial enquiry through consultation, treatment and ongoing follow-up.
• Build and optimise CRM journeys & automations, including email, SMS, workflows, sequences and re-engagement campaigns.
• Use data to drive performance, identifying drop-off points, improving conversion and retention, and reporting on key CRM metrics.
• Develop HubSpot’s wider functionality, including forms, landing pages, CMS, personalisation, payments and integrations.
• Continuously improve the patient experience, working cross-functionally with Marketing, Clinical and Patient Support teams while driving testing and optimisation.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot, Klaviyo or another ESP.
• Solid CRM & lifecycle marketing knowledge, with experience mapping customer journeys and using data/reporting to drive decisions.
• Confident building in HubSpot, including forms, landing pages, sequences, CMS and ideally payments/recurring billing.
• Commercial and optimisation-focused, with an understanding of CRO, landing page best practice and A/B testing.
• Proactive and collaborative, comfortable owning CRM end-to-end and working across Marketing, Clinical and Patient Support teams.
