They're now investing heavily in growth and looking for a commercially-minded PPC specialist to own paid search strategy across the group - a &pound;30m+ ecommerce operation with significant ad budgets and real influence over profitability.
The Opportunity
You'll be given genuine ownership of Google Ads strategy across two established brands, working closely with Trading, Ecommerce, CRM, and senior leadership to make sure every pound of spend is driving profitable growth rather than just topline revenue. This suits someone who thinks in contribution margin and CAC rather than vanity metrics.
What You'll Be Doing
Google Ads Management
<ul>
<li>Owning the Google Ads strategy across both brands, including Shopping, Performance Max, Search, Brand, Dynamic Search, YouTube, and Display remarketing</li>
<li>Continually refining account structure and campaign performance</li>
<li>Staying sharp on AI developments within Google Ads and beyond</li>
</ul>
Profitability &amp; Commercial Performance
<ul>
<li>Optimising campaigns against contribution margin, gross profit, ROAS, and CAC &mdash; not just revenue</li>
<li>Working closely with Trading teams to keep marketing activity aligned with stock availability and margin goals</li>

Feed &amp; Merchant Centre Management

<li>Managing Google Merchant Centre and driving product feed quality and optimisation</li>

Cross-Brand Strategy

What We're Looking For
Essential
