Forward Role is partnered with one of the UK's most popular hospitality groups, as they look for a talented Videographer / Photographer to join their creative team.
This is a hands-on content creation role, focused on producing engaging, social-first video and photography across their venues.
You'll be capturing everything from food and drinks to live entertainment, busy nights, venue atmosphere, and the guest experience, turning these moments into content that brings the brand to life.
The focus is purely on creating content, not managing social media, or uploading posts.
The Role
- Create short-form video, Reels, Stories and photography for Instagram and other digital channels
- Capture food, drink, venue atmosphere, live entertainment, and guest experiences
- Produce lifestyle and social-first content that drives engagement
- Edit engaging content using CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite and similar platforms
- Work closely with the marketing and venue teams on campaigns, launches, events and seasonal activity
- Build and maintain a strong library of video and photography assets
- Stay ahead of social trends and emerging content formats
About You
You'll have proven experience in videography, ideally within food, drink, hospitality, leisure, or lifestyle.
We're looking for:
- 4+ years' experience in content creation, videography, or a similar role
- Strong short-form video editing skills
- Experience using CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Adobe Creative Suite or similar
- Good photography skills, with a strong eye for composition, lighting, and food presentation
- Excellent understanding of short-form video, pacing, music, captions, and storytelling
- Confidence capturing content in busy, live environments
- Strong understanding of what performs well on Instagram
- A portfolio / showreel demonstrating previous video and photography work
