Location: Trafford- hybrid
Salary: Up to £38,000
As the Ecommerce Account Manager, you'll support the Ecommerce team with new product launches, product optimisation, marketplace listings and day-to-day marketplace operation. You'll be responsible for day-to-day trading performance, catalogue optimisation, and the strategic expansion of their product portfolio across multiple platforms.
This role suits someone commercially minded, data-driven, and proactive - with a passion for online retail and the health and wellness sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Upload new products onto each brand's website, ensuring full accuracy of product descriptions, imagery and categorisation
- Merchandise category and product pages to maximise conversions and improve user experience
- Manage and maintain website promotions, ensuring discounts and offers are correctly set up and go live in time
- Update homepage, landing pages and promotional banners
- Support the Senior Amazon Account Manager with all aspects of marketplace trading: listings, pricing, promotions, advertising, and general account health.
- Develop and optimise product listings for various marketplace channels including Tesco.com, Superdrug and ebay, to maximise traffic and conversion.
- Analyse marketplace data to identify trends, sales opportunities, and areas for improvement.
About You
- 2-4 years' digital merchandising experience
- Strong understanding of FMCG or consumer goods distribution and multi-channel sales.
- Good understanding of marketplaces and how they operate
- Strong interest in the health and wellness sector
- Proven success optimising listings
- Commercially astute with strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or reporting tools (e.g. Power BI).
- Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail.
