Project Management Trainer (Level 7 Degree Apprenticeship)

I’m supporting a leading national training provider who deliver higher and degree apprenticeships, and they’re looking for an experienced Project Management Trainer to deliver on their Level 7 Project Management Degree Apprenticeship programme.
This role is fully remote and focuses on delivering to postgraduate-level learners (Master’s equivalent) — so we’re looking for someone with both industry authority and academic credibility.
What You’ll Be Doing

Deliver live online teaching to Level 7 Project Management apprentices (Master’s degree standard).

Cover topics such as strategic project/programme management, governance, PMO leadership, risk frameworks, stakeholder management, change delivery and advanced methodologies (Agile, PRINCE2, MSP, APM, Lean).

Coach and mentor learners through academic assignments, work-based projects and End-Point Assessment preparation.

Mark work, provide feedback and support learners to develop at a professional and academic standard.

Collaborate with curriculum and quality teams to ensure high delivery standards and learner success.
What You’ll Need
✔ MSc (Master’s degree) or above — ideally in Project Management, Business, Leadership or a related discipline.
✔ Proven project/programme management experience in corporate, consultancy or public sector environments.
✔ Experience delivering training at Level 6 or Level 7 (degree / master’s apprenticeships preferred).
✔ Strong virtual delivery skills using platforms like MS Teams, Zoom or similar.
✔ Teaching / assessing qualifications an advantage (A1, PGCE, CertEd, DTTLS, IQA, etc.).
✔ Professional certifications such as PRINCE2, APM PMQ, MSP, AgilePM or equivalent are desirable.
