We’re partnering with a well-established, rapidly growing business in Retail and Wholesale to find a skilled Data Analyst to join their dynamic team.
This isn’t just another reporting role - you’ll be a key player in shaping how data is used to make smarter decisions, improve processes, and support a mission to do business the right way.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Create clear, insightful reports from multiple data sources
- Manage and validate onboarding data to ensure accuracy and integrity
- Analyse complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights
- Support the development of the company’s data warehouse and scalable pipelines
- Build dashboards and visualisations (Power BI) to bring data to life
- Spot opportunities for process improvements and automation
- Collaborate with teams across the business, translating data into impact
Skills & Experience:
- Experience working in a similar Data Analytics role
- Be a self-starter, with a proactive attitude
- Strong Excel, SQL and Power BI experience are essential
- Experience with Business Objects is ideal, but not essential
- An analytical mind with great problem-solving ability
- Experience managing and cleansing data with an eye for detail
- Confidence in communicating complex concepts to technical and non-technical teams alike
- A collaborative spirit and eagerness to work in a fast-paced environment
