Our client is looking for someone who can combine strategic oversight with hands-on delivery – someone comfortable leading and mentoring others while also rolling up their sleeves to get things done.
You’ll act as number two to the Marketing Director and have budget, staff and agency management responsibility focussing on driving leads, reengaging with customers and supporting brokers
Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day running of the marketing team (5) and agencies (2)
- Own and optimise the marketing budget, ensuring strong ROI
- Drive B2B lead generation and nurture activity. Influence where leads coming from and have responsibility for them.
- Develop and deliver marketing strategy and campaigns
- Write and manage content across channels
- Run ABM campaigns where relevant
The candidate:
- Strong B2B Marketing experience, ideally in Financial Services
- Excellent communication skills and the confidence to deal with senior stakeholders internally and externally
- Experience with PPC & Paid Social complex strategies
- Experience in Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
