Content Creator
Liverpool - Full time in office (flexi-time)
£30,000 - £33,000
Working alongside the social and creative team, you'll plan, film and edit the short-form video that fuels product launches, campaigns and athlete partnerships, using both iphone and camera, organic and paid across Meta, TikTok, YouTube & more.
Day to day, you'll be:
☀️ Filming and editing short-form video for organic and paid social, website and wider campaigns
☀️ Producing social-first content across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest and emerging channels
☀️ Capturing behind-the-scenes content at campaigns, events, athlete shoots and product launches
☀️ Working closely with Creative Directors, Photographers, Designers and the Social & Brand teams
☀️ Directing athletes, ambassadors, influencers and models on shoots
☀️ Taking a brief and turning it into content that fits each channel
☀️ Keeping an eye on social trends and platform changes, bringing ideas back to the team
What you'll bring:
☀️ 1-3 years' content creation experience
☀️ Confident shooting and editing on phone and camera (Premiere Pro essential, CapCut/After Effects a bonus)
☀️ A real feel for lighting, pacing and what performs - backed by a portfolio
☀️ Fashion, apparel, sport, streetwear or retail background preferred
☀️ Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, juggling a few things at once
This isn't a channel-management role - you won't own the posting calendar. This role is about the work behind the lens: turning briefs into content that fits every platform without diluting the brand.
